Job Summary: | The Department of Medicine is seeking a Post Award Research Financial Manager to join our team. This position will supervise 8 staff and will provide support with the management of Principal Investigator's portfolios, development and implementation of post award policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. A successful candidate will have the ability to support and lead a large team, demonstrate dependability and flexibility, should have a service-oriented approach, have strong multi-tasking abilities, and be able to work independently. |

Responsibilities: | Manages post-award research administration activities or personnel related to financial transactions, audit, sponsored project payments, and/or compliance. Develops and oversees implementation of operations and strategic planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within a unit.
