Financial Aid File Reviewer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Review and audit student loan packages before tasking and processing.
2. Track all packages that have been returned to campus
3. Pull ISIR batches daily
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a key role at a College/University Financial Aid office is preferred, however prior experience in the education industry, finance, accounting or account management or similar areas will be considered.
• Knowledge of CampusVue or similar application is helpful, although the ability to learn new software may substitute.
• Knowledge of Title IV regulations relating to student loan processing required.
