Objective

Review and analyze documents received and placed in the imaging system to determine what the status should be set to and what the next steps in processing are. Be the first contact for students in the Financial Aid Office by phone, email, or working the front counter. Answering questions about financial aid, guiding students through the process, and telling them what steps to take. Resolving issues with student accounts.
Required Quals Summary

1. 1-3 years of prior customer service experience.
2. High school diploma
3. 1-2 years of financial aid experience.

This is a 12 month, benefits eligible position. Blinn College pays 100% of health insurance for full time employees, 50% for dependents, and two times your annual salary in life insurance benefits.
