Job Description
ECU Department of Pirate Tutoring is currently seeking Federal Work Study students to work as call center coaches and peer mentors in the Pirate Academic Success Center.
Students will either work in the Connect for Success Call Center or work directly with incoming freshmen. Students will provide outreach to current students, assist in connecting them with campus resources and help guide them the first fall semester of their first year.
This is an in-person position with no ability to telework. Candidates will be required to work in the PASC center on main campus. Coaches will work schedules on Monday-Friday.
