Job Description
ECU School of Dental Medicine is currently seeking several Office Assistants.
· Provide support administrative support for the office of RS&R and university partner
in DHS
· Maintain call log in the front office for the chair and faculty affiliates on the 4th floor
of the research facility.
· Assist with the maintenance website and data migration as needed
· Manage and prepare data reports from program surveys through Qualtrics as
needed
· Aid in maintaining contact with faculty researchers
· Assist with recruitment of research program participants as needed through flyer
handout and phone calls
· Event assistance
· Maintain close working relationships with the administrative assistant.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills
· Possess excellent service skills
· Demonstrate experience in hospitality services or management
· Possess analytical skills and solutions-based problem-solving skills
· Knowledge and experience with Excel
· Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Demonstrate ability to be courteous in a collegial/professional environment
