This is a full-time, twelve-month appointment, to coincide with your term as an Artist Protection Fund (APF) Fellow in Residence at the University of Pittsburgh, through our Pittsburgh Network for Threatened Scholars (PiNTS)

 

The duties will include instructional and educational responsibilities in support of GSC programs for Pitt Students, K-12 educators, and members of the Pittsburgh community, to be determined in consultation with the Director of GSC. (For example, we would welcome public screenings and discussions of your films, hands-on workshops with students., etc.). In addition, we ask that you participate in at least three public events or programs with our partners at City of Asylum over the course of the year (to be determined in consultation with their program staff) and that you contribute one piece of writing to Sampsonia Way, a City of Asylum journal published in cooperation with the University of Pittsburgh’s Public and Professional Writing Program. We also encourage you to be involved in their programming throughout the year.
