The Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies Program (GSWS) invites applications for a part-time instructor position for the fall term 2021, beginning on August 27, 2021. This position is outside the tenure stream and entails teaching one section of “Introduction to Feminist Theory,” an introductory writing-intensive course, offered Tues/Thurs, 11:00 – 12:15.  Candidates must have field expertise in gender and sexuality studies (demonstrated through coursework and/or a research profile).  Candidates must have a PhD degree or advanced standing in a PhD program and college-level teaching experience.  Familiarity with methodologies currently used in the GSWS program preferred.  Instructors must be willing to learn on-line programs (e.g. Panopto, Zoom, Canvas).
