Job Responsibilities:  Ensure building safety, security, cleanliness, and setups meet the needs in accordance with Student Life Building Services standards.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
Knowledge of: 
  • Cleaning equipment, and cleaning chemicals.


 
Skill & Ability to: 
  • Operate cleaning equipment. 
  • communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • follow oral and written instructions.
  • lift and carry up to 65 pounds; move equipment and supplies up stairs.
  • work on a 3 to 6 ft ladder
  • work in subzero temperatures and temperatures above 90 degrees.
  • associate positively and professionally with students, co-workers and the public.

 
Required License:  Valid driver’s license is required.
