Facilities Services Senior General Administrative Analyst Specialist

Required Qualifications & Experience : A bachelor’s degree/and or equivalent training and a minimum of five years of administrative analyst/managerial experience in supervising/managing the daily operations of an office involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs. The incumbent must have working experience with TMA Computerized Maintenance Management System and Peoplesoft. The incumbent must have working knowledge of purchasing, and vendor contract agreement and the ability to apply standard theories, principles, practices, and techniques applicable to develop conclusions and make recommendations. The incumbent must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The incumbent must have the ability to take initiative and independently plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in various situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved; coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload; work independently; sound judgment and ability to manage confidential issues; be computer literate and familiar with MS Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). The incumbent must have a demonstrated interest and/or ability to work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the California State University. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the application status of applicants or continued employment of current California State University employees who may apply for the position.
