Serves as a customer service representative and assists with front desk coverage. This position uses facilities management CMMS – TMA on a daily basis; creating work orders and reviewing for accuracy, updating preventive maintenance, creating equipment, assisting with dashboards and reports, and overall system maintenance. Schedules meetings, vehicle reservations and sets up interviews. Grants access to facilities buildings for facilities staff, vendors and/or contractors.  Maintains and updates vehicle maintenance and DMV paperwork. Oversees the day-to-day operations for 2-way radio system. Assists in processing elevator certificates and L&I letters.



Job Summary

Serves as a contact for internal and external customers; ensures efficient and accurate responses and resolutions to routine issues and needs. Performs general administrative work and maintains documentation of customer interactions.


Essential Functions 

Must have prior computer data entry experience and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior experience with computerized maintenance management system is preferred. This position requires a high-level organization and the ability to coordinate tasks and records and work independently. Minimum 3 years customer service experience.


Physical Effort 

Lift, push, or pull ten pounds or more. This is a sedentary position.
