Position Summary
The Director is responsible for providing leadership for the Lions Eye Bank of Nebraska (LEBN) by working with the Board of Directors and the LEBN staff to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to ensure sustained growth and solvency. This position provides leadership and direction for all clinical and administrative functions at LEBN. The Director is responsible for the following key metrics: Leadership, Administration, Fiscal Management, Program Development and Quality Assurance.
