The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University has an immediate opening for a Senior Extension Associate/Extension Associate – Work Incentives Associate within the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability (YTI) in the Extension/Outreach Division of the School of Industrial and Labor Relations is responsible for extension programming and administration within one or more focus areas. The Senior Extension/ Extension Associate – Work Incentives Associate is responsible for developing and delivering programs and services that are closely aligned with the strategic mission and core values of the ILR School, and for monitoring quality, impact, and outcomes of education, training, technical assistance, consulting and research activities of the program. The Senior Extension/Extension Associate – Work Incentives Associate will participate with other faculty in setting focus area goals and will annually set individual programmatic and budgetary goals with the Executive Director. This position of Senior Extension/ Extension Associate reports to the Program Director of Income and Benefits Programs.
Senior Extension /Extension Associate is an academic, non-tenure track, term position with an 18-month initial appointment. The position may be reappointed on the basis of recommendations by the appropriate Executive Director, Academic Director and Associate Dean as well as available funding and work. Position rank will be determined by qualifications and experience.
