Summary of Job Duties:

Job Duties for Paraprofessional. Looking to hire for positions in Stuttgart and Pine Bluff.
· Greet and guide new clients into the center.
· Checking in students and visitors to the center.
· Answer phones and direct to correct department.
· Schedule all students for the TABE test.
· Monitor student’s attendance and advise teachers on when students should post-test.
· Schedule & administer all TABE test for students.
· Administer all TABE test for students.
· Administer all GED ready test for students.
· Schedule & administer all GED test.
· Performing all student intakes.
· Adding new students to DRC.
* Creating and maintaining student files.
· Entering data accurately into LACES.
· Double-checking data entered by other center personnel.
· Performing recruitment and retention activities.
· Maintaining an accurate call log.
· Assist with classroom functions as needed.
· Work attendance is a must!
· Attend all mandated faculty & state meetings.
· Conduct faculty & staff professional development.


High School Diploma or GED.

We are hiring for two locations—one in Stuttgart and the other in Pine Bluff. Please list which center you are interested in working at.

Salary Information:

Commensurate with education and experience.
