DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program has operated for over 20 years. Our program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and is staffed by a medically-trained, multidisciplinary team of nurses, exercise physiologists and dietitians, with oversight by a board-certified cardiologist. The Exercise Physiologist will play a key role providing case management, educating patients on cardiovascular health, and supporting patients in exercises designed to improve flexibility, body composition and cardiovascular functions.
