Job Summary / Basic Function | Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions manages all aspects of undergraduate admissions operations for Pennsylvania Western University. This position serves as a key member of the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management leadership team and has a high level of autonomy and accountability. General responsibilities include the continued modernization of the Offices of Undergraduate Admissions at our California, Clarion, and Edinboro campuses, the design and implementation of strategic admission strategies for all campuses, fostering collaborative relationships with all divisional partners, and supporting overall university and divisional strategic enrollment efforts. This individual will also mentor, develop, and supervise members of the undergraduate admissions leadership team, while directing daily workflow and managing the operational undergraduate admissions budget. The incumbent will bring established expertise and experience in undergraduate admissions, marketing, enrollment systems, and change management in higher education. Essential Duties Include:
Travel between campuses along with occasional work during evenings and weekends is expected. |
