Executive Business Administrator

Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a hybrid Executive Business Administrator (ASA1) to provide executive administrative and operational support for the Executive Search (75%) and Recruiting Services (25%) teams.  Reporting to the Executive Search & Services Director, the Executive Business Administrator (EBA) will provide recruiting and operational support for two teams. This role will wear multiple hats, supporting executive clients while working in a fast-paced, highly visible, and high-touch environment. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting/coordinating HR or Recruiting programs or functions
  • Experience delivering client service with an internal client group
  • Knowledge of talent or human resources functions
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), and other business tools (e.g. Qualtrics, SmartSheets, Adobe, etc).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

·       Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.

·       Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.

·       Occasionally use a telephone.

·       Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
