Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a hybrid Executive Business Administrator (ASA1) to provide executive administrative and operational support for the Executive Search (75%) and Recruiting Services (25%) teams. Reporting to the Executive Search & Services Director, the Executive Business Administrator (EBA) will provide recruiting and operational support for two teams. This role will wear multiple hats, supporting executive clients while working in a fast-paced, highly visible, and high-touch environment. The successful candidate will have a mission-driven customer service mindset and impeccable attention to detail. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting/coordinating HR or Recruiting programs or functions
- Experience delivering client service with an internal client group
- Knowledge of talent or human resources functions
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), and other business tools (e.g. Qualtrics, SmartSheets, Adobe, etc).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

· Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
