The Alliance has an outstanding opportunity for a Excellence in Curriculum Lead to join their team.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Excellence in Curriculum Lead (ECL) designs, develops, delivers, and maintains curriculum and training materials/resources for identified audiences in caregiving of children and youth receiving, or having received, services from DCYF. Curriculum and training resources are based on knowledge, values and skills learning objectives. Curriculum is developed to support both in-person and web-based training. Alliance Lead positions also provide learning facilitation, using in-person, online, and other identified and innovative learning modalities.
As a leader in the field of curriculum development, this position builds and maintains key relationships with Alliance Development and Facilitation Specialists and represents the Alliance in various meetings requiring the individual to have excellent curriculum design and development skill, interpersonal and diplomacy skills. This position is also responsible for leading the coordination of subject matter expertise, providing coaching, mentorship and support to Alliance staff, and associated subject matter leadership activities.
