Posting Text | LOCATION: Office of the President STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.04+ hourly, depending upon education and experience, GG POSITION PURPOSE: Support operations of the Office of the President by planning and executing event logistics. Duties include planning, organizing, managing, and executing all aspects of annual and special events coordinated by the President’s Office; managing budgets including projections and expenditure tracking; collaboration and coordination of events with other departments, university personnel, and outside entities; serving as chair or participant on committees; close coordination with other President’s Office staff to schedule events; provide administrative support to the Office of the President; general office duties and other duties as assigned.
