  • JOB DUTIES

Description

The Epic Willow Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization for Epic Willow and Third party vendor Pharmacy applications. They manage small scale projects and design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests. This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least once a month, within 4 standard hours of being asked to come in, or as required by operational need. Please note that there are no reimbursements for travel to “home office” location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination. Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $95,900 – $222,100 annually. The budgeted salary that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately between $190,000 – $210,000 annually.



  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Minimum Pharmacy Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience -Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) -RPh licensed in at least one of the 50 states and required to maintain during employment -Prior experience as a Clinical Pharmacist for 3 + years in an Inpatient and/or Outpatient Pharmacy setting -Prior experience with implementing and/or maintaining Pharmacy IT systems (Pharmacy systems technology and/or Electronic health record systems) Preferred Pharmacy Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience -Epic Certified: Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Ambulatory, and Epic Willow Inventory -If Analyst does not yet hold needed certifications, they will be required to attend Epic Certification Training sessions. Analyst required to achieve certification within three months of the last class and three exam attempts. -RPh licensed in California, required to maintain during employment -ASHP Accredited Residency -Knowledge of Pharmacy operations workflow for Inpatient and/or Outpatient -Prior experience with Pharmacy IT projects in leading, designing/developing, building/developing, testing, training, implementation, and maintenance
