Enrollment Services

We are looking for a collegiate prospect who can assist prospective and current students and parents with recruitment, admissions, student financial services, and registrar questions. They must communicate with faculty and staff to ensure students' enrollment needs can be addressed efficiently.

The Enrollment Services Representative position in the Office of Admissions assists students and parents by answering any questions regarding recruitment, financial aid, admissions, or registrar. Assisting the enrollment staff and various enrollment departments within the Enrollment Management Division. An Enrollment Service Representative main responsibilities are taking phone calls, providing the maximum level of customer service, and staying abreast of new program requirements, federal financial aid changes, and all ongoing at the university. Processing some enrollment documents. You will perform callbacks to students throughout the day while logging incoming call descriptions and solutions.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's or a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience in a customer service-driven field or a combination of education and experience. Experience in customer service and general office functions. Good interpersonal, nonverbal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to use critical thinking skills to find the answers to questions. Ability to multi-task between taking calls & using computer functions simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include bachelor's degree, knowledge of admissions, financial aid, registrar, student accounts, and call center experience.

The proposed annual salary range for this position is $34,868- $37,852 and includes full benefits.

  • Motor vehicle reports are required for positions that are required to drive a Columbus State University fleet vehicle or other vehicle designated as a fleet vehicle. A successful drug screening will be required as a condition of employment a randomly thereafter.

 For Faculty Hires : Final candidates will be required to provide proof of completed academic degree(s) as well as post-secondary coursework in the form of original transcript(s).
