Job Description | The University of Notre Dame Graduate School has a crucial role in supporting graduate programs and helping ensure that Notre Dame graduate students become a force for good in the world. With many nationally and internationally recognized graduate programs, the Graduate School attracts top scholars from all over the globe. Over the last five years our graduate students have been awarded more than $6 million in external grants and fellowships from foundations such as Ford, Mellon, and NSF. In addition, 97% of our graduates report successful achievement of their career goals. We are looking for someone who is driven, creative, and a collaborative partner to achieve the mission and vision of Our Lady’s University in advancing graduate studies. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Graduate Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Program Director will play a critical role in the Graduate School. The Program Director will represent the Graduate School at national events and conferences and engage with current students to improve recruitment and retention across the graduate school. This role directly impacts Notre Dame’s mission by recruiting passionate, engaged students who will bring talent, integrity, and heart to a vibrant and diverse student population.
