Job Purposes::


The enrollment processing analyst provides support to the Enrollment Operations and Recruitment teams in Admissions. The analyst will support functions that impact enrollment and is customer service focused. The analyst is responsible for coordination and execution of activities to support the admissions cycle including communication plans and application processing; execution of reports; and maintenance of data. This position will work in the university CRM and Banner data regularly executing complex filters and queries to support recruitment and application outreach needs.

Required Qualifications::

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in college admissions, operations, registration or related field.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills along with the ability to analyze data as produced both orally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. Must be able to demonstrate excellent public speaking and strong written communication skills. Must be able to work in a high volume office. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications::

  • 2-3 years of experience in college admissions, operations, registration or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slate, Marketing Cloud, Banner or similar complex CRM/ERPs.

Essential Functions and percent of time::


Communication Coordination (15%)
  • Manage administrative processes for working with vendors to providing lists, generating letters, and other outreach for all part of the admissions funnel
  • Support communication planning and execution including coordination of messages and timing for multiple teams in Enrollment Management
  • Write and copyedit outbound communications.
  • Execute communication plans for students in the application process.
  • Work with internal admissions team, Marketing, and IT to achieve automated and one time communication goals


Student Data and Systems Support (40%)

  • Support CRM/Banner data syncs
  • Support testing and implementation of software and applications
  • Coordinate and execute data imports from vendors, test score sends, and partners
  • Manage vendor relationships that support data integration
  • Coordinate data entry from contact cards and other sources
  • Manage duplicate record process leveraging multiple student systems
  • Assist with the collection of data and ensuring that data is input correctly; make recommendations for changes
  • Use error reports from multiple systems to aid in data maintenance
  • Provide relevant reports to partner offices like Registrar's Office, Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, Transfer, and colleges
  • Create and analyze reports in Salesforce to support recruitment and enrollment goals
  • Collaborate with IT for audit processes and make recommendations for automations and data management

Working Conditions::


Typical office environment, fast-paced office during peak processing times, occasional evening and weekend hours are required during peak processing times. Must be able to handle high stress during peak processing times.
