Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
KSA's/Required Qualifications | Proficient computer skills gained through work experience, training, and/or certifications with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Relevant work experience with either student information systems, customer relationship management system databases, and/or case management system databases. Experience in a customer service oriented professional work environment with high-traffic and diverse populations while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a goal-oriented team. Basic knowledge of college credit and non-credit program enrollment processes, policies, rules, and regulations including domicile requirements and residency regulations preferably gained through relevant work experience. Proven work experience learning multi-faceted programmatic processes. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. |
Additional Considerations | Work experience using PeopleSoft SIS, Navigate, and Mitek Identity Verification System. Experience supervising and creating work schedules for employees. |
