The Enrollment Marketing Manager at Emory Law will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications plans that recruit and on-board students for all degree programs. The position reports to the Associate Dean for Marketing and Communication and works in partnership with the admission team.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Plan, produce, and promote video, photo, social, digital, and print storytelling targeted toward engaging prospective, admitted, and matriculating students, in collaboration with departmental colleagues.
  • Propose recommendations for new initiatives that aid enrollment and create detailed plans for successful implementation.
  • Plan, develop content, and execute annual email campaigns (nearly 300), tracking, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Assist admission staff in transition to a new customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Work with admission team to develop editorial calendar for texting platform.
  • Work with advertising agencies to plan, develop content, and monitor campaigns that attract Juris Master (targeted toward working professionals) and Master of Laws (international candidates) degree candidates.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and production for digital and print communication pieces, including accepted students viewbook, travel brochures, degree brochures, annual employment report, cost of living guide, student postcards, event materials, and programmatic fact sheets, among others.
  • Manage print production and mailings, working with vendors, as necessary.
  • Work with admission and marketing & communication colleagues to plan and produce online and in-person recruiting events, such as orientation, open houses, admitted student events, affinity group events, and webinars.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and video production with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Establish metrics, monitor campaign performance, and implement data-driven changes that further improves performance.
  • Periodically conduct evaluations, surveys, and focus groups to help improve future projects.
  • Other duties, as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, art or other related field. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years of experience in the development of marketing and informational materials, writing/research, project management and/or information technology.
  • Knowledge of publishing and other related software.
  • Demonstrated creativity in the design of marketing, public relations or educational programs and communications materials.
