JOB SUMMARY
The Enrollment Marketing Content Manager for the Enrollment Management division at the University of St. Thomas plays a pivotal role in content creation and management, focusing on undergraduate and graduate admissions, as well as providing support for current students. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining engaging content, ensuring alignment with the university's brand, and contributing to the execution of enrollment goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Content Creation and Editing: Develop and manage diverse and compelling content, including photos, videos, email campaigns, social media content, web content, and more, to attract and engage prospective undergraduate and graduate students and support current students.
- Content Production and Deployment: Manage production and deployment of content across the distribution channels, including website content management system, email marketing tools, and social media.
- Content Distribution Plan: Along with the Associate Director of Enrollment Content Marketing, develop and implement a content distribution plan to ensure content reaches the right audiences at the right time through various platforms and channels.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant partners, including the admissions teams and the university’s central marketing team, to ensure enrollment marketing efforts align with broader institutional goals and initiatives.
- Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with students throughout the enrollment funnel and with current students via social media and other communication channels, building an engaged online community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Five years of related professional marketing experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.
