Enrollment Counselor

As a key member of the NYU Tandon Digital Learning Marketing and Enrollment team, the Enrollment Counselor is primarily responsible for managing the application cycle and enrolling students into NYU Tandon online degree programs. Liaises with all departments, organizations and individuals involved in the admissions process. Advises prospective students and applicants on online graduate degree programs, admission requirements, and available scholarships.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Required Experience:
3+ years experience in admissions/enrollment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Salesforce or other CRM/database experience. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including writing ability.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $62,400.00 to USD $73,823.75. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
