Job Summary | We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Enrollment Communication Coordinator Enrollment Communication Coordinator is responsible for reporting on and supervising the Student Communication Center and creating training materials for student staff. The coordinator will support the development of communication content and maintenance of the CRM for Enrollment Services. The coordinator will assist in events and activities that support overall new student enrollment. This position works under the supervision of the Enrollment Marketing Manager to write, build, and implement effective communications that attract and nurture prospective students. The coordinator will research best practices in enrollment marketing and communications and design creative content that will effectively influence student behaviors to enhance student success and recruitment. In collaboration with the Enrollment Communications team and the Office of Marketing and Communication, the person in this position translates enrollment strategies and priorities into social media, text, email, phone, and print campaigns. The Enrollment Communication Coordinator must be available for regular evening and occasional weekend work.
