As part of the newly created Educational Innovation division, you will help bring about a future where education knows no bounds. Guided by our commitment to excellence, we are amplifying the voices of experts using innovative technology and unique approaches to learning. Our collaborative and coordinated campus-wide system provides support for reimagining education and expanding our reach. 
As an integral member of the Educational Innovation team, you will support enrollment efforts for Executive Education and Belmont Online. Join us in transforming the educational experience for our students and faculty through forward-thinking approaches and a commitment to excellence.  

 

Position purpose: 

The purpose of this position is to be an effective communicator and problem solver who brings a customer-first mentality and knows what it takes to provide excellent service. The Enrollment Coach will build and foster relationships with learners, providing support throughout the enrollment process. 
Essential Functions:  
1. Serve as a critical point of contact for prospective learners through chats, emails, calls, or texts to answer initial questions and assist with enrollment through admissions and registration.
2. Foster a culture of engagement with prospective learners through relationship building, providing swift responses to inquiries, maintaining professional written and verbal communication, and providing support throughout the enrollment process.
3. Contribute to prospective learner success through building relationships, getting to know their "Why" and aligning them with programs to accomplish their goals.
4. Work collaboratively with Belmont admissions counselors to deliver an exceptional prospective learner experience to ensure a seamless Belmont experience.
5. Use available systems, information, and critical thinking skills to problem solve, quickly make decisions, and provide the best, most accurate information and direction to prospective learners at the right time and through the contact method they prefer.
6. Cultivate relationships within the BU community to ensure that recruitment program goals and objectives are accomplished. 
7. Be creative in developing recruitment tactics, i.e., virtual info sessions, alumni reach out, etc.

  • Capable of analyzing and creating reports utilizing Salesforce or other CRM databases
   
Required Education Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
  
Required Experience 1-3 years required experience in admissions, or related positions. 4-6 years preferred.
  
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes. The employee’s vision must be adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc. The position requires good manual dexterity. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary.
