Position Details
General Statement | Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar, this position performs a variety of technical and customer service support tasks in support of the Registrar’s Office and Division of Student Success. Because this position has extensive contact with students, staff, faculty and the public, the person in this position must possess the skills to tactfully and diplomatically respond to a wide variety of contacts. The work is highly detailed and requires teamwork, problem-solving skills, and interpretation and implementation of MUS and MSU policies and procedures. Personal initiative and judgment is essential to deal effectively with highly confidential and restricted academic record information. |
