Currently, we are accepting applications for the position of Engineer III based out of our Louisville KY location. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Evaluation of stormwater management needs for projects and scoping services to meet specific client needs, Preparation of grading plans, Preparation of EPSC and SWPPP plans, Technical review of plans prepared by other engineers, Managing local and state construction plan approval process, Floodway/floodplain investigation and permitting.

Qualifications

Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience, with stormwater management and erosion/sediment control design, and GMP design, Floodplain/floodway permitting, and hydrologic and hydraulic investigation and modeling, Preparation of grading plans, construction plan and specifications development, Bid administration, construction oversight, and/or other environmental applications. Exposure to surveying techniques, stream natural channel design, and wetland restoration design is a plus. Good technical writing and oral communication skills Experience in ACAD Civil 3D and other technical computer applications. Occasional travel is required for this position. The preferred candidate will be a registered PE in good standing with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana or have sufficient background and experience to move toward that designation soon.
