Job Summary:

Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit:
The Facilities Management Department is responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the Universityâ??s physical facilities to enhance and support the mission and academic goals of the University. The department is one of several units that fall under the responsibility of the Vice Chancellor of the Division of Business and Finance. The FM Department is managed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management and the Directors of Administration & Budget, Operations & Maintenance and Planning & Construction.
  
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering  or environmental science discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience Some positions may require licensure by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
