Manning Drive Steam Plant (MDSP) consists of two (2) 200,000 lb/hr gas/oil package boilers. The steam distribution system consists of in excess of 45 miles of steam and condensate piping.

There are 90 full and part time employees in Cogeneration Systems. The personnel are divided into engineering, operations, maintenance, instruments & controls, and a small administrative staff.
