CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.
The supervisor will provide direct supervision of Education and Support Specialists in collaboration with management. Position will monitor and evaluate performance and coach specialists in the technical assistance and support of the energy assistance program. Position will assist management with human resources, development and implementation of policies to meet goals.
The location for this job is Noble, Oklahoma.
Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, OR:
- 48 months office administration, management or call center operations
Skills:
- Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Strong initiative to solve problems
- Customer service
Certifications:
- None
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to reach, stand, engage in repetitive motions, hear and see. Ability to communicate including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others.
Departmental Preferences:
- Experience in education, technical assistance and/or contact center operation
- Experience in a social service organization
- Experience supervising and coaching staff
