CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.
The Energy Assistance Supervisor supports front line information support specialists and overall contract deliverables.
The Supervisor Duties Include:
- Direct supervision and collaborates with management in the development, implementation and oversight of operational and personnel functions.
- Supervising staff includes hiring, coaching, training and conducting performance evaluations; resolve personnel issues; terminations.
- Review operational and performance data to ensure alignment with goals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
---
Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
- 12 months of related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months related experience.
Skills:
- Basic math skills
- Advanced computer skills with wide knowledge of business software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
- Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with staff and customers
- Strong analytical skills and initiative to solve problems

Departmental Preferences:
- Working knowledge of state social service benefit programs
- Working knowledge of program operations, technologies, systems, and processes
- Advanced computer skills including Office 365
- Working knowledge of Contact Management Systems and Workforce Optimization systems.
Supervision:
- Contact Center Specialist 1-5 Staff
