Job Description:

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) seeks a customer service-focused candidate to provide technical and service-related support as a member of the University's Endpoint Support Team. This position will provide client support with an emphasis on installing computers, troubleshooting issues with Windows and Mac operating systems, commonly used software applications, mobile devices, and a wide array of peripheral devices.
