The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the enterprise desktop environment consisting of a Windows and Apple environment. This position is for an experienced, self-motivated individual to lead projects and oversee the daily execution of processes, operations, and support activities for client technologies. This position works closely with Security, management and the Service Desk to ensure that best-practice procedures and technologies are introduced and established enterprise practices are maintained.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Windows and Macintosh support background; management and imaging tools such as SCCM and JAMF


Desired Qualifications: 4 years relevant experience. Excellent customer service skills. Experience managing large desktop environments and diverse customer groups.

Additional Information:

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $58,100 to $77,450
