Do you support Living Well at Texas A&M University in the Division of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness? Is supporting and fostering a feeling of Gratitude, Appreciation and Community a goal? The Human Resources unit is seeking an Employee Wellness Assistant to work under general supervision to assist in the coordination of the Texas A&M University’s official wellness program, Living Well. Living Well cultivates employee wellness and engagement through three programming areas, Healthy Living, Community, and Personal Interests. You will bring your organization skills and your communication skills to this program to create correspondence and speak at events representing wellness programs.
Your responsibilities include:
Program Assistance: support employee wellness coordinators and managers to develop initiatives to call employees to action and support them to find balance in embracing work/life flexibility.
Employee Outreach: serve as the first point of contact for program information and coordinate responses to requests for information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
The well-qualified candidate will have experience working with Texas A&M University employee wellness program or volunteer experience.
