Position Summary
Investigates and prepares cases involving employee grievances and AA/EEO for assigned Units. Manages ADAA, FMLA and other LOA cases for asigned Units. Coaches managers to investigate and and be proactive in matters relating to employee relations, complaints and grievances. Handles highly sensitive information and works closely with Units and external contacts. Facilitates training to Units and manages assigned projects.
