About the Department | The Division of Environmental Health & Public Safety is dedicated to the reduction of risks within the NC State community, and to the promotion of safety and environmental stewardship as a value in our university culture. EHPS consists of seven departments, including Environmental Health and Safety, University Police, Risk Assessment, Transportation, Security Applications and Technology, Business and Finance Administration and Emergency Preparedness and Strategic Initiatives, each supporting a diverse portfolio of complex services and regulatory needs for campus. |
Essential Job Duties | Join Our Team as an Emergency Management and Mission Continuity Manager! This position will be reporting to the Senior Director for Emergency Preparedness and Strategic Initiatives, the position of Manager of Emergency Management and Mission Continuity (EMMC) has overall leadership responsibility for assigning and controlling the flow of work, managing operations, training and monitoring performance and hiring of employees, students and third party service providers associated with the section. The incumbent is accountable for applicable programming and additional consideration directed at all university locations and international study abroad sites and activities.
