Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; this position will be eligible for 1 day a week remote work environment after a training period and at the discretion of the supervisor. This is subject to change at anytime and at the discretion of the supervisor.

Essential Job Duties
Join Our Team as an EH&S Program Associate!
Are you passionate about taking the lead for management of the department programming, communications campaigns, purchasing, records management, and professional development planning and providing excellent customer support? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our EH&S Department as an EH&S Program Associate. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting various sections of our department, with a primary focus on assisting our EH&S Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist department with scheduling meetings and training classes
  • Create and manage inventory of department documents
  • Maintain meeting minutes for multiple team meetings
  • Answer customer questions about training issues, EHSA and general FAQ’s (who do I.., or How do I…)
  • Create metrics from data provided
  • Edit documents as assigned
  • Coordinate Reporter/Moodle annual renewals for existing courses.
  • Convert training to meet ADA requirements.
  • Create class certificates.
  • Maintain competences for Reporter as they evolve and change.
  • Set up new courses.
  • Manage accuracy of people and department data in EHSA.
  • Primary point of contact for website issues. Track issues to resolution. A team member for website redesign efforts (future). Edit pdfs linked to web pages as directed and safe files to shared drive.
  • Generate and maintain email distribution lists from EHSA for targeted communications.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Scan and file Environmental records (manifests & lot 86 data).
  • Input manifest data into E-manifest and EHSA.
  • Other assignments as necessary to support department needs

Qualifications


Minimum Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
 
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

  • Ability to take a leadership role on matters of customer services
  • Ability to clearly communicate programmatic requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of department programming
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Google Suite, REPORTER
  • Working knowledge of department projects and scope of each section.
