Hourly Rate $9.00
Job Summary/Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors, determine reason for visit and direct them in signing in using their N-number. 
  • Answer phones, take detailed messages, and distribute to appropriate staff member. 
  • Answer the assistant email and distribute to appropriate staff member as needed. 
  • Sort and deliver mail to staff. 
  • Test administration; test proctoring, scanning/emailing, and campus mailing exams to correct professors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be a current UNF student, possess excellent communication skills, and be versatile.
