UW MEDICINE ENTERPRISE REVENUE CYCLE has an outstanding opportunity for an EDUCATION SPECIALIST PM/ANALYST.
The EDUCATION SPECIALIST PM/ANALYST provides essential project management, analysis and reporting of class enrollment trends and evaluation data for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle Training team. This quantitative and qualitative data is used to identify and drive improvements in the overall training program and class frequency as recommended by the Education PM/Analyst.
The Education PM/Analyst works with department managers, Epic security, and Learning Hub team to ensure that employees are enrolled in the correct training tracks that match their Epic user roles. The position also serves as team expert on the learning management system, report writing, and software that supports collaboration in support of training administration and educator productivity.
