JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of General Internal Medicine, in Hershey, PA, is seeking a candidate for an Education Program Specialist to develop, deliver, and evaluate single or small-scale educational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Provide support in the identification, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs and related materials
Participate in the development of relationships with assigned educational institutions and community groups
Participate in the development of methods to assess participant satisfaction and/or progress
Prepare and submit various activity reports and assist with monitoring budgets
May provide in-service training and teach various educational programs
Solicit and evaluate feedback on the effectiveness of various partnership programs and activities
This position typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus 1 year of related experience o r an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a limited-term position funded for one year from date of hire, with possibility of refunding.

- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History
- Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Background Check

The pay range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$46,400.00 - $67,300.00

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
