Position Description:
Purpose
As an Education Program Coordinator II in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, you will coordinate the APP Psychiatry and ACGME Psychiatry Fellowship Programs by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.
Primary Functions
- Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation).
- Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.
- Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Program Manager, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates.
- Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
- Work to ensure appropriate tracking of fellow time away, evaluation, attendance, etc.
- Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and fellows.
- Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and fellows.
- Assist the Program Director in scheduling program didactics and learning events.
- Coordinate and distribute course/program evaluations, communicate with the Program Director on participant satisfaction metrics, analyze for trends and discrepancies.
- Create, input, and maintain tools and databases within the New Innovations system.
- Become well-informed on accreditation standards.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
