Job Summary
This position will be responsible for:
- Developing and/or assisting in the development of announcement letters, PowerPoint presentations, audit reports, memorandums, quarterly updates and other similar reports and documents to effectively communicate status updates and audit results to clients, university leadership and other stakeholders.
- Creating, distributing and tabulating results for client satisfaction surveys.
- Assisting in the creation and production of training presentations and materials, as well as the writing and design of the annual report which communicates UK Internal Audit’s achievements and metrics for the prior fiscal year.
- Updating the UK Internal Audit website design and content as needed/ requested to accurately reflect UKIA’s services, staff and mission and to Internal Audit operations and services and improve functionality. This includes the writing of blog/articles for the website.
Employee must sign the Internal Auditor Responsibility Agreement and the Auditor Independent Statement.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Knowledge of Auditing, Experience in journalism/communications with a concentration in business writing. Excellent project management ability, writing and editing, experience in website/blog/social media.
