Description of Work | Coordinate e-mail correspondence with authors, reviewers, and University Press, maintain ongoing log of incoming submissions including their status, work directly with Book Review Editor to coordinate Book Reviews (requesting books, etc.), work with Press to assemble issues (submit all documents, facilitate contracts from Press to authors, distribute copy-edited proofs and adhere to deadlines for final submission, etc.). Minimum Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s or equivalent education/experience plus strong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and administrative skills to handle paperwork and meet deadlines. |
