Shift
Typically eight-hour days with core working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm (40 hours per week). Some evenings/weekends as needed to meet workload demands. 
Job Summary
Located in Louisville, KY and serving the Jefferson Region, this position will provide technical assistance to licensed early care and education (ECE) programs with regulatory compliance and license deficiencies. Help prospective ECE providers complete the childcare licensing process. Identify childcare access needs and support the recruitment of new ECE providers to meet those needs. Provide free technical assistance to Kentucky All Stars Level 1 programs. Collaborate with regional team and statewide network of ECE coaches providing technical assistance to ECE providers in the areas of health and safety, quality, professional development, and training.
This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the Human Development Institute (HDI) through research, education, and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected, and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
