Shift
Typically days with core working hours around 8:00am to 5:00pm (40/hrs a week). Some evenings/weekends as needed to meet workload demands.
Job Summary
Located in Louisville, KY and serving the Jefferson County region, this Early Care and Education Quality Coach position works closely with the state funder to to ensure child care providers receive Technical Assistance to support their participation in the Kentucky ALL STARS programs. This fits with the goal of promoting high quality early care and education opportunities for all young children, including children with disabilities. 
  
 Responsibilities include providing Technical Assistance (TA) using effective and current evidence-based practices. Evaluating TA provided and implement feedback data into TA activities. Documenting TA activities according to policies and procedures. 
 
This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education, and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected, and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to protect our university community including our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the University of Kentucky is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all new hires prior to starting employment.
