Job Description:
The Learning Systems (LS) team, within OTDI, seeks a highly motivated eLearning Applications Developer Intermediate to join the LS application development team. Learning Systems provides exceptional and effective academic teaching, learning, and analysis technologies and resources for OSU students, faculty, and staff.
In this role, the person will be designing, developing, and managing innovative enterprise-wide applications and data integrations used by a majority of our 80,000 students, faculty, and staff.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of experience working with React.js projects
- 2-4 years of experience in HTML5 and CSS (flexbox, grid, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience working with Node.js frameworks like Express, NestJS
- 1-2 years of experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and MSSQL, or NoSQL Databases like MongoDB and Redis.
- knowledge of NET framework
- Strong skills in implementing RESTful web services
- Good command of source control tools such as Git
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- A fundamental understanding of programming best practices

- Bachelor's level degree or eq

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is 62,700.00 - 83,600.00.
