E-Learning Project Administrator, NICHE

Support the creation and distribution of online modules in the Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE) Program. Manage project planning and communication needs and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that program modules contain appropriate content that aligns with program initiatives. Incorporate baseline efforts that follow WCAG 2.0 guidelines for 508c compliance. Supervise the work content of staff, temps, consultants, and student instructional designers hired on a project-by-project basis.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, educational technology or a related field
Required Experience:
2+ years experience in the design and development of innovating curriculum design, project management experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of/experience with: database/survey management systems (Qualtrics and Google Forms), learning management systems, e-Authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360), web-based content management systems (Drupal), Adobe apps, including Illustrator, Design and Audition, Google apps, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Docs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines, able to delegate tasks to team members appropriately, and a collaborative team player.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $76,500.00 to USD $93,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
